Design a plant with unique adaptations for its habitat.  Make a labelled diagram of your plant.

Planning:

1.        What kind of environment does your plant live in?

Water
Sunlight
Ground

2.       What challenges does your plant face?

3.       Design and label your plant. Show at least 3 adaptations.

Math-

• Students were asked to hand in P 286 #1-6 today, but many did not have it done.  Please be sure it is in tomorrow.
• P 292 #1-6 was done last week and will be handed in tomorrow.  Photocopies of both these pages were given out.
• A multiplication worksheet was given today to be marked tomorrow.  It must be finished.

SS-

• A timeline of each student's life was assigned today and is due Thursday.

Students worked on a comparison of Inuit and West Coast first nations.  It is due Thursday.
There will be a first nations test early next week.

Students must be ready to participate in their reading circles by finishing the appropriate assignment:
