Help Needed

On November 27th we are going to go to the museum with the grade 4 students.  I need one or two parent chaperons to help out.  Under the new rules, you will have to do a criminal record check.  It is quite a painless procedure, but we will have to start the process quite soon.

Today art cards went home.  They should be in each student's agenda pouch.  Please send in orders for your family Christmas cards.  These fundraisers help fund our fieldtrips, the first of which will be to the museum on Nov. 29th for grade 4 students.

•             Card orders are due next Wednesday November 19th.  Please return the sample card order form, with payment (cash or cheque) enclosed in the envelope attached to the sample card.

•             Final cards will be identical to the sample cards, just blank inside.

•             There is an option to order a plaque with a minimum order of cards. Plaques are 8" x 11 1/2" in size, 3/8" medium density fiberboard (MDF).  The artwork is mounted, laminated and finished with a black edge bevel and comes complete with a drilled mounting hole on the back for easy hanging.

•             Final cards and plaques will arrive, and be sent home, the first week of December.
